If you possess a Samsung Galaxy A series phone, be on the lookout for a forthcoming software update that will incorporate Circle into Search, one of the most beneficial Galaxy AI features. Circle to Search’s functionality is evident in its moniker, which was initially introduced with the Galaxy S24 series.
The feature utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) to conduct a visual search with Google by simply swiping, highlighting, or circling any object on the screen, thereby providing you with results.
Circle to Search is all about convenience and speed. You do not need to exit the app or even know what you are searching for, so you can still learn all about an unknown item of clothing or a mystery animal with a simple gesture.
This feature is scheduled to be implemented on the Samsung Galaxy A55, Galaxy A54, Galaxy A35, and Galaxy A34.
The announcement follows the dissemination of speculations regarding Samsung’s preparation of Galaxy AI features for the A Series phones and its own dedication to expanding the availability of AI features.
TM Roh, Samsung’s president and director of mobile experience, addressed the new software update:

Circle to Search is a feature that is not exclusive to the Galaxy AI suite; it is also available on Google’s Pixel phones, including the new Pixel 9 series. It is uncertain whether Circle to Search will be the sole Galaxy AI feature that the A Series receives, or if it will serve as the beginning of a more extensive update process.
The A Series’ processors are not as potent as those of the Galaxy AI, which will result in trouble running the more advanced features.
After the Galaxy A Series phones have been updated, Samsung will incorporate the Circle to Search functionality into the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE and Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ tablets. Samsung has announced that the software update will be distributed to the A Series phones in August. However, it has cautioned that the availability of the update may differ by region.
